  4.     READ CAREFULLY ALL TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT BEFORE USING

  8.     AGREEMENT, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THIS SOFTWARE

  11.     Permission is hereby granted to anyone to freely use TheSage's 
  12.     English Dictionary and Thesaurus (hereafter referred to as 'this 
  13.     software') for any purpose with the exception of including it in a 
  14.     product, in which case both permission and acknowledgment are 
  15.     required.

  17.     To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the software 
  18.     and documentation are provided "as is". Franc Morales and Leah 
  19.     Gilner (hereafter referred to as 'the authors') disclaim all other 
  20.     warranties and conditions, either express or implied, including, 
  21.     but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness 
  22.     for a particular purpose, conformance with description, title and 
  23.     non-infringement of third party rights. In no event shall the 
  24.     authors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, 
  25.     special or exemplary damages or lost profits whatsoever 
  26.     (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business 
  27.     profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or 
  28.     any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to 
  29.     use the software product, even if the authors have been advised of 
  30.     the possibility of such damages.

  32.     The authors allow you to distribute this software if all of the 
  33.     following conditions are met: you are not charging any money for 
  34.     it, the distribution files are kept together and unmodified, and 
  35.     the authors' permission is obtained before distribution. You may

  37.     cd-rom's (or other media) and upload it to free/shareware sites as 
  38.     long as the original package remains unmodified.

  55.     terms and conditions cited. Upon termination of this license 
  56.     agreement, you agree to promptly remove the software from your
